Pulsar lll For Sale
I am selling my Pulsar lll with the Rotax 914
turbocharged engine. The kit is partially complete. The only missing
component is the propeller and its constant speed control. Significant
items needed to complete are:
- Acquire and install propeller and constant speed control
- Install side windows
- Attach wings and control surfaces, have been
attached previously
- Fit and install wheel fairings
- Prep for and apply paint
- Inject brake fluid into break system
Of course there may be items that the builder may
wish to install in the panel and there is room to do this. Most of the
wiring has been checked out but some of this can't be done until the engine is
ready to run. And, there are things that need to be changed or
corrected that will show up in the process of finishing the airplane.
The engine installation is complete except for a
propeller. All the plumbing for coolant, oil and fuel has been done.
The throttles and choke controls, computer and instrumentation wiring are
complete as is the complete induction system.

Pulsar Builders Group
There
is an enormous amount of help available to the Pulsar builder through a group of
builders and an email arrangement. Builders can get advice, help,
sources of parts and supplies and a lot of other communications from guys and
girls who really know about the problems and have solutions. This group
has a convention in Lawrence, Kansas every year with technical sessions and
social activities. Many of these people get together for fly-ins including
trips to Sun-n-fun and Oshkosh.
Click on an image to enlarge it then move the curser off the enlarged image
and back on. A small rectangular icon will appear in the lower right
corner of the picture. Click on this icon and a very much larger picture
will appear. Use the pan bars at the right side and bottom of the double
enlarged picture to pan. Click on the icon again and the picture will go back to
normal. Click on back and you will return to the gallery.

Position light appears white but this is an led cluster and is green when lit. Use of led's significantly reduces current requirements for position lights. Landing light is a 2 inch 75 watt halogin lamp. |
